2. Expedited Shipping: Need your order in a hurry? Choose our expedited shipping option for faster delivery. Orders shipped via expedited shipping usually arrive within 1-3 business days. *While we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible sometimes there are factors that we can not control once it is dropped off with delivery.

3. International Shipping: Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times due to customs processes. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of being placed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our website or the designated shipping carrier's tracking portal. Did not see your email or lost the email? No problem just send us a message and we can resend the information over to you.

Delivery / Pickup Services
At Jantiques we have over 3 floors worth of items. Some of our furniture, and statue items are too big or heavy to ship through USPS or UPS. We do offer select delivery services through our store but also have partner with white glove shipping companies to insure you the best handling in transport we can! Need a delivery rate? Shoot us a message or if you know a company that handles pickups and prefer to use them as your delivery service that is fine as well.
